Making the Mondello report public, as suggested by Councilman Glenn Beckmeyer at the 04/22/2013 Town Council meeting, would indeed quell speculation about the terminal leave payments made in 2010 and 2011 to former police officers.

After 4 years of being ignored by the willful blindness by Township officials about the violations at the proposed CVS site, owned by 660 Pascack Realty, the DEP responded to my 12/24/2012 letter in record time. The DEP investigated the matter and inspected the site on 01/09/2013. Hillsdale- Enforcing The Law Is Government's Duty: Op-Ed from Hillsdale Resident
Mayor Arnowitz went on about sign ordinance violations in the Hillsdale commercial district, 11 months ago. The Borough gave a 6 month grace period for compliance, yet violators were not noticed in writing as required. Hillsdale- Will New Council Support Borough Ordinances?: Op-Ed From Hillsdale Residents
Months ago the Borough of Hillsdale was contacted over a property in town. The uncovered green swimming pool was determined by the Bergen County Mosquito Control to be in full breeding cycle, with mosquito larva at its highest count. Mosquitos breeding is a health concern and a public nuisance.
