Park Ridge Schools – What Happened at Monday Nights BOE Meeting? Does the BOE Refuse to Consider an Independent Perspective? Why do They Refuse to Consider Regionalization When the Voters Seem Very Interested in Hearing About it?

We must all pray for the continued good health of Park Ridge mayor Donald Ruschman. He is making a good faith effort to step into a dialogue with the BOE. WWRSD - 2006-2007 One Year Action Plan Posted

Annually, in accordance with New Jersey Administrative Code, a one-year board action plan, following the board of education retreat, is developed. Achievement of this plan is used, in part, by the board of education to evaluate the superintendent’s performance for the preceding school year, and as an instrument to drive organizational growth and development. River Vale – Mayoral Candidate Hanna is Alleged to Have Acted as a De Facto BOE Trustee When a Councilman – Was it Legal? Was it Wise?

New Jersey Statues Annotated - Title 18 - Education, clearly states a member of the governing body of a municipality is not able to be a member of the Board of Education. I recently sued Westwood and the Twp. of Washington when Mayor Thomas Wanner of Westwood and Mayor Rudolph Wenzel of the Twp. of Washington established a hierarchy of needs for the Westwood Regional School District. By doing so Wanner and Wenzel acted as de facto members of the BOE. It’s a situation I take quite seriously.  read more

As a parent with a child at Roberge, I am alarmed by what I read in a recent flyer received in the mail about the Republican candidates for River Vale’s mayor and council positions.
